You manage your projects now, I'm guessing, simply by directory structure
and the contents of your make file? Do you put targets in your make file
which execute dll to download the .lx to the brick or do you usually perform
that step as a separate manual operation?
Any pointers toward typical make files and make file command-line
parameters, such as include paths, or library paths, etc... would be greatly
appreciated.

Right, so I don't know what BrickOS can do wrt standard firmware sort of
things. Right now the normal "can I talk to the brick" stuff which works
with the standard firmware doesn't work with the BrickOS firmware installed
on the brick. Presumably, if BrickOS handles the LEGO remote control then
the remote control dialog in BricxCC would work. The other dialogs all are
very closely tied to standard firmware bytecodes so I would think it would
involve a lot of change in BrickOS to enable all that functionality. It
would be very cool if that could occur, of course.
