(...) The higher the power level the harder the stop. But the power level before stop() is not used, it always uses power level 7, and you can set it lower only afterwords. (I think that ought to change.) Jürgen (25 years ago, 9-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

Hello, (...) Ok, I feel like an idiot now; I cannot reproduce the result! I did it this morning, but altered the program afterwards! But when I try now, nothing happens! As I recall it, it was the same program with the light sensor actived all the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

(...) Hi! (...) Do you just add the sensor, or do you also change the program? Can you post the program(s)? (...) No! (...) I'd rather see what causes this behaviour first, before making some kludge to stop it. Jürgen PS: I'm also playing with the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

Hi there, I've just been playing around with a vehicle with a motor for each of the two main wheels. If I don't load the RCX with anything else than these two motors and set their respective speeds to 0 and 7, it drives in a nice circle with a small (...) So you're in to Java and the RCX? If you're in to it deep then you might be interested in the Real Time Specification for Java (RTSJ) at: (URL) - Paul (25 years ago, 6-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

Hej Martin, (...) probably nobody will ever know. A lot has changed in the last month. (...) That's not necessary, it is already done in showNumber (but not in setNumber). (...) So it's working for you, I hope? Jürgen (25 years ago, 4-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

Hi there, (...) What happened? nothing appeared in the LCD? This looks 99% like the example I did yesterday - except that I put in a "LCD.refresh()" after the #showNumber call. I run 1.0.2 RC4 under Linux... // Martin (25 years ago, 4-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)
