  Re: How much memory finally?

Thank for the answer, Dave, this is the kind of info I'm looking for. BUT! I don't think it is correct: 0x8000 is 32k: the firmware would start at the end of memory!?! 0xbfff is 48k: unless the 16k of the rom are counted of course... Then this mean (...)   Drive R/C Servos with the RCX and pbForth (long)

Hi again everyone! A few days ago I announced that I had developed a nice little circuit using easily available parts that would let you connect servos to the RCX - with no external batteries or microprocessors or anything! At that time, I said that (...) (25 years ago, 12-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Re: How do I delete firmware from firmware?

(...) Great. Thanks. This is a real lifesaver since I am deleting and reloading firmware at a rapid rate and my RCX is inside a construction which makes it awkward to get at the batteries. Now the delete/reload can be done entirely at the GUI. (24 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)

I don't use LNPd or BrickOS so I don't know if this will work. It makes all sorts of problems go away when using the RCX ROM message handling routines, I don't know how much of the ROM routines are used by LNPd or whether, if it doesn't, it has (...)   Communication with PC using NQC

Hi all! Having a touch of flu, I might be asking a FAQ here... if so, sorry. How can the RCX communicate with the PC, except by SendMessage? The Spirit.ocx has the Poll functionality to ask for RCX state - is there any similar stuff in NQC? And are (...) (25 years ago, 5-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)
