  Re: IR-based proximity measurement

(...) Well, there were a couple of typos, but only one I found that was critical. If you are using a "max-picking LIDAR" method, you do *not* want to divide by the number of samples. The variable "eyeon" in your code should end up with the brightest (...) (18 years ago, 9-Jun-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: Getting Serial IR Tower To Work With RoboLab

(...) Thank you Claude. I will get a USB RS232 and go forward. I did find that now I cannot select the com4 port in "select Com" within RoboLab. I will try to get to the bottom of this and slowly work on what works. Tom (18 years ago, 4-Jun-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Re: Getting Serial IR Tower To Work With RoboLab

(...) try GPS8.vi hat you can download at www.convict.lu/Jeune...amera8.llb I added a small sub.vi to GPS8.vi that allows you to find your USB converted serial port. Probably you have it on Com4.   Re: robolab 2.9

(...) Just a quick correction. You do need to own a previous version of ROBOLAB. Version 2.9 is just an upgrade. -j. (18 years ago, 24-May-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

  Re: robolab 2.9

(...) No, you do not need an earlier version. (...) No, it will not work with the 9753 Technic Control Center. But it works with the 9751 Control Lab Interface if that's what you are meaning. CSSoh (18 years ago, 24-May-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Re: Microsoft .NET Interface for LEGO Mindstorms

Has anyone tried this? It appears to be a bit buggy. I tried the VB version first and found that the C4F.LegoRcx.dll that wraps Ghost for .Net access could not be loaded because it had dependencies on msvcr80d.dll and msvcm80d.dll files.
