I have added USB support to LegOS's firmdl, dll, and lnp under Windows. If anyone also has the USB IR tower (which LegOS's tools can't work with normally) instead of the RS232 tower, I can send out the modified source. - Hary (23 years ago, 26-Oct-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Hi Chris, I just started experimenting with brick-to-brick rcx communication. This is some code that I got working. It doesn't do a whole lot, but it demonstrates the basics of what you need to do. Developing our inverted pendulum project we tested today the power of the vehicle which we designed for the purpose. Tested BrixCC and ncq at pre-release of Win XP-prof at my work, so far so good, it seems to work, compiling download ect seems to work correct. Have (lego) fun at Teletubbieland Rik (23 years ago, 20-Oct-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

I've released version 3.3.2.2 of the recently renamed BricxCC (was RcxCC). This release now will "upgrade" the registry settings if it finds registry settings from previous versions of the program. Hello Claude, What about using this sensor to measure field generated by a small magnet fixed on the pendulum ? But perhaps the Kmz51 is too sensitive and would saturate ? Philo (...) (23 years ago, 20-Oct-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Thanks for the information. We started with the mathematical approach, but this seems to be extremely complex and not too useful for a reliable design with LEGO-Technic and the RCX.
