  Re: Help with rotation sensors

(...) You could probably change the first line to while (SENSOR_1 < target_distance) and it should work fine. Since you want to keep the two rotation sensor values (and hence the two wheel distances) equal, each sensor will individually measure the (...)   pity yet another newbie ??

Hi All After my previous post saying how I was looking forward to a 'designed for 95/98whatever' I had a touch of guilt and want to learn. I followed the instructions on: (URL) appeared to be the most detailed. I believe I managed to compile (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Re: legOS for Windows Finished!

  Re: legOS for Windows Finished!

(...) I'll put whatever you guys want on arthurdent, which appears to be the closest thing we have to a "community" ftp/web server. I'll also be getting my own domain name soon, and so everything will be moved to that so that there will be (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Help with rotation sensors

Hi all, I'm new to programing so this may seem like a silly question. I'm using two rotation sensors with the program below to eliminate drift caused by different motor speeds. Is it possible to break this loop when a certain distance is reached? I (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

New to RCX -- A couple of questions

I lucked into a FOTW and am now the proud owner of an RCX. I'm playing around with the Lego programming system for now. As a result, I've got a couple of newbie type questions: Is there a Mindstorms FAQ available? Also, one of my motors sticks a (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  legOS for Windows Finished!

Ok, I lied. I am missing one essential component. I absolutely need a copy of DLL.EXE that runs under Windows. I could also use a compiled copy of the latest version FIRMDL.EXE (I only have version 1). So far my tests are very encouraging. After (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)
