Hi All
After my previous post saying how I was looking forward to a 'designed for
95/98whatever' I had a touch of guilt and want to learn.
I followed the instructions on:

Which appeared to be the most detailed. I believe I managed to compile
dll.exe, makelx.exe, firmdl3.exe and fontdesign.exe. (they are in the utils
dir.)I did however get quite a lot of warnings and error messages. What other
files should I have ended up with and where would they be???

at section 2.3, makefile configuration, there is mention of a TARGET
'variable'. Which makefile will I find TARGET in? I went through all the
makefiles I could find and the only TARGET was in /legOS/util which had dll,
makelx, firmdl3 and fontdesign. I removed these and added the path to the
rover file and tried a make. Lots of errors and no .srec. Was this the right
TARGET???
OH, I know the following are slightly off topic, but please help.
-what switch do I need to use in grep to go through all the sub dirs?
-how do I get the pipe¦ character under CYGWIN b20? so I can pipe to more.
-I would like to go through the make errors. How do I trap them during make?
I know there is a lot here, but please help.
