To answer my own question, look in ./Interactive C 4.0/RCX/lib_rcx.doc for a
list of RCX specific functions. To summarize the important ones:
IC NQC

fd(A/B/C) OnFwd()
bk(A/B/C) OnRev()
brake(A/B/C) Off()
off(A/B/C) Float()
motor(A/B/C,power) SetPower()
digital(1/2/3) read passive sensor in binary mode
light(1/2/3) read active sensor in raw mode
light_passive(1/2/3) read passive sensor in raw mode
the usual IC analog() does not appear to be supported for the RCX, it being
replaced by light() and light_passive().
