  Re: Interactive C Version 4

Fred, Can you tell me if Randy upgraded InteractiveC in version 4 to handle the 64k hack for the Handyboard? You wrote about the hack in the Handyboard FAQ in '98, and that was two IC versions ago. Is it possible that Randy took into acount the 64k (...) (24 years ago, 1-Oct-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  HB Sun tracking system

I am just about finished assembling with HB. I want to build a system to track the sun. I have some ideas on how, but I am little rusty both in hardware and software. I asking any of you have something to help me in my project. I really appreciated. (...) (24 years ago, 30-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: Upgading HB to 64K

My bad, the link I gave yesterday is to IC4, Randy Sargent's wonderful freeware version of InteractiveC for the Handyboard. The links to the 64k hack to the Handyboard are at the simpleRTJ site, which are ... www.rtjcom.com/6811/hb.html (...) (24 years ago, 27-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Handy Board for sale

Hi, forgive me if you already saw this note on the Handy Board Yahoo group. I have a Handy Board that is over two years old I'd like to sell. It has been stored in a project box so it is still in great condition. I just recharged it and downloaded (...) (24 years ago, 18-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: Over Charging

Fred, We had the same problem and traced it to the resistor. We can try the ZAP mode, but for future reference we would like to know the value you used to replace the 47 Ohm 1/2 watt resistor. Any chance we could get that information? Thanks, Dan (...) (24 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: Over Charging

When the batteries are really run down, they can draw too much current through the on-board charging circuit. (I'm assuming you are plugging adapters directly to the HBs, rather than going through the serial interface/phone line charge ckt.) About 6 (...)   Over Charging

I have a collection of HandyBoards I'm trying to prepare for class this fall. They're a few years old now and have seem some fairly heavy use. I'm having trouble charging them and am hoping there's a component to replace or something I can fix to (...) (24 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: assembler time delay?

Tomas, NOP is the easiest way while staying within a single program. If you want to measure long periods of time, you could attach some code to the 2khz interrupt timer (documented in the handyboard manual). Just setup a memory space to use as a (...)   assembler time delay?

Hello, Is there any other way, than using NOP repeated times, to create time delays in assembler? Regards, Tomas (24 years ago, 23-Aug-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
