i had a short circuit between the handyboard's TO3 port and the handyboard's 11V supply. Now, whenever i turn the board on there's only black boxes on the LCD display. the Power LED is on and the board is in Zap mode. the message says that the board (...) 1. On the Handyboard website, there are 2 drivers which make ports 5 and 7 digital output ports. I have used one of them to control a servo. Hello, I don't know if this will help, but you can buy a cheap thermistor (thermal resistor) from Radio Shack and plug it directly between an analog input and ground on the HB. The thermistor changes resistance with temperature. Thus, using the (...) (25 years ago, 4-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

I want to add an additional character display operated from my HB. It will be an LED character display larger than the LCD screen and remote from the HB. Hello all, For all of you that guessed Com port setting you were correct. I had rechecked them before but had no gone into the advanced settings tab. I have installed the memory and am on the test where i try to download a program and start up the handy board.....
