Do anyone know who sells handyboards in Italy ? A lot of similar boards, but not the MIT's one. And these other boards are programmable directly with the code written for the handy board ? Hi! I'm extremely happy today, that I could start mounting my Hand Board. The reset chips arrived and now the only thing that's missing is the lcd, but it should arrive by next Monday. hello i use hall effect sensor to check velocity (wheel) of car test(toy) when the wheel stops,that velocity is 0 m/s,i use this value to back my car. using handy board to control it i don't know about connecting hall effect sensor on handyboard. Dear Mike, I believe the 16 V is rms value. If you attach a capacitor across the bridge rectifier under no load condition(output terminals are open), the capacitor gets charged not to 16 V rms but to the maximum value ie Vm=16*2^0.5 which is about (...) (...) Thanks for your response. When we load the pcode_hb.s19file with the right CONFIG it seems to load properly. We then turn the HB off and back on and try to load the Interactive C. Hi, I've just received a Sharp Digital Infra-Red Ranging System (GP2D02) and I'd like to connect it to the handyboard. ---...--- (...) Yes (...) ----6---J2-19 pin ,J19-two 4 pin,J6-4 pin,-one 14 pin for the LCD,-one 4 pin lower r.h. over digital 0,1,2,3. on the hb. All go on the outer edge of the board except J19. (...) Well, just off the top of my head, when you say "get 16 vac out" how are you determining this, a volt meter set for "Volts AC" or some such? Not, say, an oscilloscope? Fred- Thank you-it helps when you put the libraries that won't load into the right folder. I shall take up with Newton Labs why the HB won't talk to the HB and says out of date 2.81 code is out of date. Thank you again for all your help. Cappy (...)
