Re: New S19 with includes PWM routines for IC3.1?

Hi I've ported the changes (Julian Skidmore's mod) to the IC 3.1 pcode source code: (available from ftp://newtonlabs.com...ode31.exe) But I don't have anywhere outside a corporate firewall to put the files (a new pcode_hb.s19 and a modified lib_hb.c (...)   Sorry!

Hello everyone, From my mail yesterday: (...) This is a quick note of apology for referring to the Handyboard as "Randy Sargeant's Handyboard" (thus unintentionally downplaying Fred Martin's contribution.) It was particularly inappropriate in this (...) (27 years ago, 20-Jan-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Disregard Dead Board

The problem was isolated to a bad LCD display. This was accomplished by using the pcode file contributed by Kent (which doesn't require the display to be present while the board is on.) Special thanks to Gleason Research for finding/isolating this (...) (27 years ago, 20-Jan-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Re: [Q] power supply for polaroid sonar

(...) I haven't tried this on the HB; but I have with other processors. I had problems with the sonar ping resetting the processor at times, as well as digital noise on the power supply bus causing false echo returns at long distances (as the (...)   Dead Board

We seem to have a problem and we're not sure how it came about, and even less sure about how to fix it. We were using our board to drive our robot. At this point we had a simple program, both motors on full forever. We turned the board on, the (...) (27 years ago, 20-Jan-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Stepper motor

Re: [Q] power supply for polaroid sonar

I haven't seen the schematic you're refering to but I believe you can use the +5V bus already on a standard HB. Just connect your PWR/GND to one of those headers "below" one of the A/D inputs. I did this before and it worked. Apparrently, the 1A +5V (...) (27 years ago, 19-Jan-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
