What set should I get next? —Karl Monaghan
I'm another one of those people who got a Mindstorms set at Christmas and I'm wondering now what Lego set to get next. Also to be considered is the 8448 Supercar, which has wheels the diameter of the RIS motorcycle wheels (but much wider), shock absorbers or two types, universal joints, ball joints and other fun parts. For me it was a parts-bin kit, as I (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Karl, I don't know about the barcode set, but I have both of the other ones. If you need gears, go for the shuttle, if you can still get it. It's got loads of them. And some motors, a gearbox, lots of axles (black and white). Build it at least once, (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)
