I cannot comment on the other 2, but the barcode truck is a heck of a neat
model in and of itself. Mindstorms would make a great adition to it (then you
could have a self aware garbage truck :)
Lots of gears, and the flex tubing parts. 2 clutch gears, 1 motor (type II,
geared regular size) the codepilot (not all that much use)
Otherwise look at 8448, it is a really neat car, although to make the most of
it you need to have probably more lego than just mindstorms. You would need to
have at least 3 motors (2 power, 1 stearing) and there are some insane ideas
out there (someone wants to start a mindstorms race club with the 8448 as the
basis...)
There are not too many regular gears in the 8448, but there are 3 clutch
spools, and 6 clutch gears, plus a lot of other neat parts.
