(...) I seem to remember some wristwatches a few years ago that you could download information to by holding them up to the computer monitor. To program it, you didn't actually have to drag the watch in front of the screen -- you could just keep it (...) (25 years ago, 28-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

I tried a little experiment on this.... The Scout light sensor can be "trained" by turning it off and then back on in a low light environment to show it what a low light reading is. Note: this can also be done by turning it on while a bright light (...) (25 years ago, 28-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)
