Basically, "Carthage must be destroyed." For the language and history
impaired, Cato (besides being one of the great speakers in Roman history)
had a bit of a Carthage obsession, insisting at the end of every speech,
no matter what the topic (food, the economy, etc.) that "oh, by the way,
Carthage must be destroyed." It eventually was, though exactly what role he
had in the instigation of the Second Punic War (beyond saying "I told you
so") I do not recall...
