tower has such a bad case of narcolepsy.

Wouldn't it be easier to "fix" the tower than to work around it's narcolepsy?

Joel Shafer wrote... (...) narcolepsy? Yes and no. It would probably be easy for TLG to redesign the tower to fix this problem. (While they are at it, they should also supply power to the tower from the supply voltage pin available on the RS-232 (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) tower is that automatically powers itself off after 2 or 3 seconds of use. (...) tower because it only "listens" to messages when it's powered on. I've read the messages about the IR Tower powering off and people trying to keep them ON, but I (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jun-99, to lugnet.robotics)
