I'm a little confused by the above statement. Does nqcc itself work using
com3? If not, email me and perhaps we can debug it.

| Sorry if I was not clear. nqcc works PERFECTLY on COM3 (first channel of the Equinox board). The original Mindstormes software (and the RCXCC software) do NOT work on this port. I was hoping this would be some kind of big clue for Mark (what is (...) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

| Yes. Great stuff Dave and Mark ! We built a tracked robot and find the "remote control" utilizing the joystick (version 2.0 of RCXCC) to be just as cool as programming it to run autonomously. I am amazed at how well the IR tower communicates at all (...) (26 years ago, 4-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)
