I assume that John did not make an announcement here because it is a
“commercial enterprise”, but Hitechnic has stopped manufacturing RCX©
Compatible Products.  After the success and exposure that the Legway gave to
Hitechnic and their subsequent announcement of being overbooked with orders,
I thought for sure that they would stick around and develop even more
awesome sensors.  For anyone who does not know, Hitechnic produced an
incredible product, the sensors were first rate with extremely polished
designs.  They certainly provided a great service for those of us who are
not very skilled with a soldering gun.

What happened guys?  Do you have something even more interesting up your
sleeves ;-) or did non-Lego life get in the way?

Anyway, Thanks to John Barnes et al.

JL
