Re: More juice out of the standard motors.

(...) The day I got my RCX2.0, I took it apart and confirmed my suspicion that the motor drivers used in the 1.0 are similar to a Melexis MLX10204. A similar chip is used in the 1.0, but the Melexis chip is used in the 2.0. I then fired off an (...) (24 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Lego R/C etc

(...) Your experiments are similar to one I am attempting, albeit for a different purpose. Currently, I'm leaning toward local oscillator and I.F. stage with a double balanced mixer from Mini Circuits to place me in the 144Mhz region (although (...) (24 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics)

  New Site

I have created a new site as a reference for educators using RoboLab in the classroom. I would love to have some of you visit the site and provide feedback. At present we have only a few examples, but we are working on adding many more. The most (...)   Re: Bug in RCX 2.0 beta (Was: RIS 2.0 software now in beta)

(...) Hi Sebastian I think you're right in your analysis and TLG may silently have fixed the problem, because if you look at the Vision Command installation, you'll find that some of the SDK DLLs are newer in that release. For fun, I copied the DLLs (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics)

Well ? :> Have I lost this thread or did you give up on the idea? I would hang around #Robotics, #Cybermaster, #VisionCommand, #NQC, #Mecha and #Market I even would create "my own" channel: #CM-RCX-comms hmmm... ok, just a thought, eheh One problem (...) Dear fellow Lego enthusiasts, so far I did not receive any feedback to my problem report, neither from the newsgroup, nor from Lego technical support. Could somebody please try to confirm that I am not completely stupid in my analysis! Regards, (...) (24 years ago, 20-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics)
