While the Mindstorms Roverbot is moving it can produce
pneumatic pressure by simply adding a few parts to its
tracks. Have a look at:

That a great idea. But how do you control the pressure, as it is pumping all the time. I suppose you could vent it until a minute before you intend to use the compressed air... I like the Roverbot because it moves slowly and has a lot of torque. (...) (24 years ago, 27-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)
