  IR replacement

Hi Rob ! Well, there is probably a cheaper way, that would be making the IR - communication faster through changing the program software. But I think that it's more effective to change the IR - communication by a RF - module or bluetooth, because (...) (22 years ago, 9-Oct-03, to lugnet.robotics)

If you install cygwin and the cross compilers using my pre-packaged installer ((URL) and my pre-packaged and pre-built brickOS/leJOS installer ((URL) then you should be able to write your brickOS programs using GNU Pascal.   Re: replacement for IR-communication

That seems like a very expensive solution. Isn't there a cheaper way? Also, could there be an internal solution (keeping everything inside the RCX and tower)? (...) BricxCC can't know for sure what compiler to use unless it can tell what type of file you are editing. It figures this out using the file extension.   Re: RCX Communications problems

Hi everyone, I did take a look at LNP, but I need to be sure that the RCX received the packet. As far as I Know, LNP is an UDP kind of communication.   I Need Some Advice!

Hi All, I recently purchased two of the spybotic sets at a cheap price (10 bucks)! What I am wondering is whether I would enjoy keeping a set (or two) for myself or whether to just sell them.
