Re: RCX as programmable battery charger

In article <NGBBLFNPCLBPEJNIJPO...ibero.it>, lego- robotics@crynwr.com says... (...) This could be done... I think. Learning how it all works is enough of a reason to make a $100 microcontroller charge $10 batteries... The Rcx outputs current limit (...) (23 years ago, 14-Oct-02, to lugnet.robotics)

Old LEGO Daca stuff in your closet?

We have a bunch of kids in our school who have been having a great time building stuff with two old LEGO Dacta (PC Controlled, wired) set of parts. Many of them are 1st to 3rd grade, and usually don't get to do our Mindstorms LEGO projects yet. But (...)   Serial Input

I have a question. I'm working with LegOS, and I want to know how to read serial input through the IR port. I know with other firmware, it's pretty easy to set-up and write serial data out, but I want to read this data back in. Actually, I'm trying (...) (...) This is where you shamelessly plug the sponsors. Like Digilennium, who gave Ray an RIS and a set of Spybots to give out as prizes - (URL) the Pacific Science Center who help make it TOTALLY FREE for all competitors - (URL) Ray for running the (...)   LegWay (Re: R: WS3D RCX Challenge #5 Results)

(...) I'm working on a web page to show it off. Right now, I'm a little short on pictures, because I spent all last week getting a couple robots ready for the Workshop 3D Challenge. Here's a glimps of what it looks like: (URL) make a post in a (...) (23 years ago, 14-Oct-02, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.org.us.smart)
