I guess this is as good a place as any to "rejoin the LEGO family".
I've been "off-line" for almost two years due to various financial
and personal complications, but the Star Wars LEGO sets forced me
to buy more, and my Internet access is back to the point where I
can check LUGNet at least weekly. Yesterday I stopped in at my
local TRU (having asked last week about the UCS sets and being told
that four 7181s had already arrived and left) shortly after their
weekly delivery. They had only RX'd one of the two 7191 boxes that
they were supposed to RX, but I got there just before they were to
be put on the floor, and grabbed the box with two 7191 sets inside.
I was concerned I might miss them since my VISA was at $9,951.72
(my financial problems are still far from over) and getting the
X-Wings would put me $379.70 over my limit, but it went through.
I'll post more on what's happened to me over the past year or two
in the people section where it's more appropriate...
