(...) Um, weird, mine makes all three subs. (goes to check) Yeah. It's so simple you're going to kick yourself. Take the front compartment, attach the propellor section - but don't put on the propellors. Then attachthe rotating tail section to that. (...) Just wanted to add my own little bit to the review (GREAT review, btw). I feel the same way about the set. It IS pretty durn big! But look out! This juniorized set is divided into 7 sub-models. The helicopter, the tracked vehicle, the snowmobile, and the 4 quarters of the structure. 435 pieces per the box. Well, out Target just put out all the new sets, and I bought most of them (All the castle, all the Star Wars System sets (not Technic), all the Arctic, 6600 Highway Construction, and 6474 Wheeled Front Shovel).
