For example, the photos pages on my church site are all identical except for the picture link, caption text and prev/next links, and that'd be a pain to do (...) | | | | (...) Um, that's just what javascript is - client-side script. A script that runs on the client, i.e. browser. I think you mean to say server-side scripting (e.g. CGI).
