O.K., with Larry pointing out the #1 greatest hit folder, I've ascertained
at least the answer to THIS question from my last post:
Q: 3) Back to the hit counters, are the totals for the member main page
cumulative of the folders and files shown? Same for the individual folders?
Or are we seeing the actual times the individual 'view' (folder, file, page)
has been seen?
A: Folder view count is the sum of the total number of times the files it
contains have been viewed. I guess I knew that all along.
It is still an AMAZING number of views...but TOTALLY deserved. I myself (not
being a trainhead) hadn't seen this layout. WOW. And me getting to see this
proves the worth of your work putting this feature on BrickShelf, Kevin. I
wuld have probably never seen it otherwise.

| (...) Nope, the folder views indicates only the number of times that folder page has been viewed. The files have their own view counters that do not affect the folder views in any way. KL (23 years ago, 6-Jul-01, to lugnet.publish)
