| | | | | Another approach that is not server dependent is to use a macro processor like Chainsaw. This uses a macro language in your HTML which you expand before uploading. | | | | | (...) It's not really a "meta-command", it's SSI (server side includes). Which is very standard -- part of NCSA HTTPd and Apache, and most commercial servers (not sure about Microsoft's).
