In lugnet.publish, Mike Stanley writes:

Academic pricing on Macromedia's stuff is usually pretty good.  I
think Fireworks, like Dreamweaver, is only $99.

Not bad, but $99 is like, my total budget for getting my LEGO online. For that
I can just about get a cheap webcam and the required USB card for my poor old
machine. Not to worry though - I finished the code to splice images working
fine, only to find that my version of Tcl/Tk doesn't write out GIF or JPG -
garrrg! Time to download V8.3 which does write GIF (only released 2 weeks
ago)...

Someday I shall publish a LEGO website! Someday! *sob* *sniff* etc..
