What really bothers me about it is that I am prepared to pay money to
not have ads once I get things set up, but not if they can't support
me...
They sent me mail that they were going to close my problem if I didn't
go to their site and say it was still active. So I try to go to it,
can't get to the page where my problem is shown to select "still a
problem". That's ONE way to get better customer sat stats.
300 a year (which I was whining about 2 years ago) no longer seems like
that much to me for decent space and transfer rates.
