Arguably, that's a flaw in the implementation, not the concept of frames
themselves. There should be some way to reference a given set of framed
documents using a single URL. Hmmm; actually, that could be done with cgi.
So arguably, that's part of using frames right. I'll consider implementing
that for Quotes 'R' Us....
