  Re: another promotion (pink bikes!)

Well, I'm HOPING it's true, but I'm not holding my breath, considering how many hoaxes seem to originate from Germany (pretty bad when you end up disbelieving anything from an entire COUNTRY thanks to a few misguided souls). (...) -- Tom Stangl (...) (24 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.promo)

It's eight different sets this year, but they are not really 'new' as (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.de, lugnet.promo)

(...) When we had the same sets here in 1998, they also contained the numbered stickers. I'm not aware of any useful purpose for them. Grahame (25 years ago, 2-May-00, to lugnet.promo)

Re: Next kabaya sets are Knight's Kingdom

(...) I was kinda disappointed in them, as compared to, say, the 2nd series Ninja sets. 1287 is the same as 4811 Defense Archer, and all of them have the minifigs we'll have too many of. Compare that to the Ninja sets which provided the Ninja Master (...) (25 years ago, 14-Apr-00, to lugnet.promo, lugnet.castle)

One of my friends bought a happy meal today at mcdonalds, and she got a small lego toy. Knowing I like lego, she gave it to me. It's some sort of bizarre jungle creature, and there are 8 different. Mine had 2 round yellow bricks, one 4*2*2 (...) (25 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.promo)
