  Pirate fleets
 
Just a question, but how big are some of the pirate fleets out there? And is there anybody in the Washington DC area that wargames with ships ( Evil Stevie's pirate game? )? I'm up to about 30 some odd craft with 7 or so Schooner size or above. I (...) (23 years ago, 4-Nov-01, to lugnet.pirates)

I just inventoried a MISB 6289 and a MISB 6290. The only difference (aside from different cloth used for the sails) was that the 6290 used a black 1 x 10 plate and a black 1 x 2 hinge plate with 2 fingers in place of the black 1 x 10 technic plate (...) (23 years ago, 3-Nov-01, to lugnet.pirates)

(...) Hmm... this might depend on the era you're talking about. If you're talking about modern Navies, Rick's got it on the nose. If you're looking at the Age of Sail, things are a bit different... I'm not fully brished up on Royal Navy (...) (23 years ago, 3-Nov-01, to lugnet.pirates)
