Keep it. After all, it's sentimental. :) Scott Member 718 (...) (24 years ago, 30-Jan-01, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: Odd Question/Looking for advice:

My parents made me give away all my Legos when I became a teenager. I hold no grudges against them, but I do regret not having those early '80s space and castle sets anymore. I don't even collect the space and castle themes now, but it would be (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jan-01, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Odd Question/Looking for advice:

I have the yellow castle (375). Got it for Christmas in 1980. While I don't have the box I do still have the instructions. I have 1 missing and a few broken peices. Part of me does not want to part with it at all. Another part of me wants to to give (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jan-01, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: Sorry about auction posting

(...) Hi Didier, That's all right. Everybody is allowed to make some mistakes, and we tend to be forgiving to newbies. :-) Welcome here! -Shiri XP lugnet.people.newbie (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.people.newbie)

Shortcut linking for web interface (was: I believe in GoodWill!)

There are several useful ways to quickly make links that work in the LUGNET Web reader. I believe this is XML. (...) For what it's worth, there is a Lego-and-nothing-but-Lego store here in Toronto - (actually, it's about 200m south of Toronto out in lake Ontario, but I digress) - It's probably not as gradiose as the Mecca you're referring - probably more of (...)   Newbie needs advice on a pilgrimage...

Hello hello! After an extended dark age which involved having every lego I ever owned (most notably every castle set from 1989-1993) stolen, I am back in the swing of things, and happily asking the eternal question: Legos or food? But I digress. On (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: I am here!

(...) Welcome! (...) Your english is better than my italian. You might want to check out some of the local italian groups, they are very active and, of course, in italian... but I hope you'll post to the other groups occasionally, at least! eric (24 years ago, 10-Jan-01, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  I am here!

This is my first post on lugnet (actually it's the fifth, since I had problems with post permission). I came upon lugnet not much ago, when searching a LNP implementation for Linux (for non-rcx-fan people: that's Mindstorm stuff); I didn't found (...)
