Sorry, I think you've misunderstood what I meant, I basically meant what you
just wrote! Once the AFOL community had grown big enough that there were AFOLs
near enough you to meet people did meet more in real life (and were/are more
civil) BUT this has lead to a more fractured community, instead of everyone
being a worldwide group of online friends, there are now smaller groups of real
life friends and the ability to relate to the wider community seems to have been
lost a bit.
