My quick answer is this: Every fan of LEGO who wants to be part of this community is. No need to post on a website, to have a folder on Brickshelf or be member of BrickLink, a LUG or the FLL... Over the better part of the last year, I've done a lot of thinking about the LEGO hobby and the LEGO community, trying to develop a philosophy on it which I use to channel my efforts, energies, and interactions. (...) Ya, in fact we're planning to make a lot of the member stuff a lot easier to find. There'll be a Members icon in the upper left (along with Home, News, and Guide) that links to members.lugnet.com, and the sign-in/sign-out icon in the (...) (22 years ago, 7-Apr-03, to lugnet.people)
