Ive never created any structure that big, but theres no way to get the
brick out?
Like, lay that section on its side, with the window on top, and attempt to
separate the top and bottom around the window? Of course, this could also
lead to an almost complete rebuild of the bottom, but when I needed to
rearrange some pieces in my clock (which is the single biggest thing Ive
made so far) I used the slightly separate and pry it out method.
Hope things work out for you

Responding to David, Bryans question is very similar...
The building sits on grey baseplates, the baseplates are glued to the plywood
base. The base has wheels that will allow it to be moved fairly easily.
I dont think it would be possible to get enough slack in the wall to get the
pieces out. There is a large internal structure to hold the weight of the
building, and its all tied together quite well.
The windows (bottom to top) are two 1x4 bricks, a 1x6 brick overlapping the
ajoining walls, a 1x4 and another 1x6. We wanted to make them strong enough
that if some kid tries to poke them out it would be extremely difficult.
Also, there is pretty much no way to get at the back side of the window, so all
repairs will have to be made from the outside of the building.
Heres my thinking: Dremel out the two 2x4 grey bricks at the top of the
window. This might also require some drill / razor knife / pliers work. Once I
get those two bricks out, Ill take two 1x2 grey bricks and remove the back
side, and the studs. This should allow me to slide them in horizontally without
disturbing any of the surrounding bricks. Same thing with a black 1x6 brick to
increase the height of the black window by one.
Keep your fingers crossed that I dont screw up anything else - the rest of the
GMLTC might dump me in the Zumbro River!
