Re: East Coast Brikfest!!! —Shiri Dori
(...) Yay! I just found out that my finals on Friday end at 12:00, and that I don't have any finals on Monday or Tuesday (12-13) so I can come! Now, I need to figure out how to get there... are you guys gonna give some tips on where to stay? If I go (...) (24 years ago, 9-May-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)

(...) Ack, you're braver than I, going alone by bus. I'm tentatively planning to go, but I'm in New Jersey. best LFB (24 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)

Re: East Coast Brikfest!!! —Shiri Dori
(...) Aha... but I didn't say I was... I said "*if* I'll go by bus, then..." but my dad might be joining along the trip, and then I won't need a bus. I'll need the details anyhow, though :-) -Shiri (24 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)

Re: East Coast Brikfest!!! —Stephen F. Roberts
(...) ...Well, last I heard, we were using the law buildings on the GMU campus in DC. So if u can get to DC, we can figure a way to get u to there (I'm not sure where they are myself at the moment :-) It should be accessible via metro (or at least (...)      (...) I can get to DC... my dad surprised me after we talked about driving there, by getting plane tickets for him, my sis and I! ... it'll be our second visit to DC (but the previous one was ten years ago, she was in my mom's stomach, while I was (...)         Re: East Coast Brikfest!!! —Frank Filz
(...) Directions will definitely be usefull at some point. Also, suggestions on where to lodge would be usefull (economy type options preferable - I'd rather spend the money on LEGO...). (24 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)

Re: East Coast Brikfest!!! —Lindsay Frederick Braun
(...) Ditto. However, my girlfriend needs to see an exhibit at the National Gallery (IIRC) that weekend, so she needs to go to DC anyhow--therefore, economy isn't absolutely necessary (but neither is the Four Seasons equivalent). So there goes some (...) (24 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)

Re: East Coast Brikfest!!! —Jeff Stembel
(...) "Hon, why did you have to bring a suitcase? Now I can't fit all my Lego in the car!" ;) Jeff (24 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)

Re: East Coast Brikfest!!! —Lindsay Frederick Braun
(...) No, the suitcase will fit. I'm just afraid she'll object to riding in the lawnchair I've mounted atop the luggage rack. And this after I thought to provide a tarp! narf Lindsay (24 years ago, 15-May-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)
