I hate "me too" posts but what an excellent post. If we ever get to excluding people who love the brick just because they love it in a different way, we've failed. Maybe I should have stated myself a little differently earlier. I do realize that seeing what others do pushes us all to strive to do better, and I believe that's a very healthy part of completion. I agree with Larry that we need to becareful not to let the LTCs become a competition among each other. I do believe that by looking at what each club has done keeps others motivated to do more. (...) They are quite similar. I modeled mine on a few pics of stations that I saw on some historical site. I wish I had enough black slopes for the roof, it's a little red. I use some made by Carrs in the UK, and have no problems with it...the flux is hydrofloric acid though...so (...) I had the best luck controlling two trains on one loop when I left one at a fixed speed and controlled the other as needed (course, helps if u pay attention :-) (...)
