Well, it's more filling, and better for you [1].
But I think Matt might be getting at the general BBQ bent of Bison County. I
can see how a vegetarian might be a little put off by it (no matter how good it
is) ;D.

1) I remember reading once that Guinness was actually quite good for you,
because it supplied some amount of grain-related nutrients. This was around
the time when people were saying that a beer a day would prevent heart attacks,
but this article claimed Guinness was even better than regular beer. No, it
wasn't a Guinness ad.
