So, how did the TCS setup go?

The set up went great.  These things are a ton of work though.  We started at
around 1pm and I had to leave at about 4:45 and Dave and Chris were still
putting the finishing touches on the attacking hoard.  Plus Suz hadn't quite
made it yet so her stuff had to be added too (I assume you made it Suz?).

Basically our city scene takes up the entire floor of the window and we set up
some of the glass cubes to put the "Offical" LEGO sets on as well as any
overflow we may have had.  I don't know if we had much overflow but I think we
included all the current sets except the Castle although I think Chris said he
might bring his later to complete the whole line.

I personally think it looks great.  It was very interesting doing the setup.
Just like when we did the Star Wars setup we had a lot of gawkers in the
window.  The ones I like the best are the adults that are walking by (probably
not even knowing there is a toy store there) and the window catches their eye
and they stop and just stare for a while like a deer in your headlights.

Of course you get tons of kids gawking too and at least twice I was telling
kids or their parent that we did not work at the store and we did this for fun.
That gets a wide variety of looks but mostly positive.  There was one kid that
when I was buying a Bulls Attack to set up in the window asked "who is that
for" I said "for me" and he said "arn't you too old for toys" and of course I
said that "you are never too old for LEGO".  I then preceded to rip open the
box and start building the set and then I think he got jealous and realized
being an adult that was into LEGO was actually cool.

Any pics?

I have a few I will try and get up tonight but seeing I left early they are not
complete.  If I have time at lunch today I might head over for more pictures
but that is uncertain.  Also don't expect great shots because it is very hard
to get pictures in the window and from outside there is usually a glare on the
window that makes taking pics tough.  Anyway I will get up what I can as soon
as I can.

(...) Well, (guilty) by the time I finished cleaning up my models (they were already dusty) and completed the little fixes here and there that were slow due to not being able to find things I needed in our LEGO supply heap, packed up what I had, and (...)
