I would strongly caution you not to plan to recover costs. Of course with an
entire group, the detective/rebuilding work may go faster (interesting
experiement) than has been my experience with smaller consortiums. Go in
assuming you will add all of it to the NELUG collection and if you get some
cost recovery (even all of it!!) great, but don't plan on it, would be my
advice.
