All for now - kind of quiet around here lately (in the NG), is everyone
building or something?

Well, by way of saying hi to the group :) I'm working on writing a remote
control that will allow Linux users to control their Mindstorms Robots via a
graphical user interface. My next actual building project will be a
Mindstorms-based cradle that will allow folks to move a webcam around by
hitting buttons on the web page.

Anyway... just a friendly hello from the robotics fringe. Anyone else around
here into Mindstorms? Or is it just me?

Luis (who was into trains... when they were a part of Space ;)

Well, Mindstorms is what got me started into this mess... I do have 3 RIS, 1
RDS, and 1 DDK, but haven't done much. I do have plans to use the RCXs to
control stuff for trains.

All of us train heads are also into monorail.

Frank
