(...) Tee hee. That idea is already in progress. I am working on a large Naval base currently. It is SSBN, by the way. SSBN means Surface-to-Surface Ballistic Nuclear sumbarine. I think , during WWI or WWII (I forget when the USA started mass producing tanks) the workers at arsenals were told/ thought they were building water tanks to supply the troops on the feilds.
