I was kinda wondering the same thing. I came out of my secend dark age (10
years) last June, only to find that all the new LEGO fandom hade peaked and was
fading out. I even offed to host a LUGOLA meeting in August, but got no bites.
Partially based on lack of activity in LUGOLOA, a few of us in the SD area
started up a new lug, SANDLUG. But I'm still very interested in hooking up with
fans in the greater LA area. The next SANDLUG meeting is schedualed for Nevember
14th. And members of any LUG or LEGO club are welcome to attend. So if you
would, please schedual the LUGOLA meating around this date. The hope is that
LUGOLA and SANDLUG will hold meeting every other month, offset from each other.
