(...) how are you measuring the 32 studs from center on car rotation or total length. If the latter it is to short. You need about 40 suds lenght mark (21 years ago, 22-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug, FTX)

Brian D's new crossover tracks looked and worked great. Unfortunately, they leave precious little room for attaching a motor to the switch. I've now reduced size of the switch motor apparatus, but I need to verify the size of the test car. Is it (...) (21 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug, FTX)

(...) They (NMRA) should NOT accept "L" gauge as it is, as at present it is a propriatory system. (Although, lego has not yet expressed a interest in stopping us in the secondary market). Does the NMRA have a listing for P4? (not Proto:87)...it (...) (21 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug, lugnet.trains)

Paul, You Da Man!! Thanks for the info and the pics... Look for IndyLUG "home movies" at our next event. (...) After having used this at the Dayton GATS, it will be a must for our future shows I think!! I simply powered the camera off a 9V battery. I took an airport shuttle, and modified the front to fit in the camera. Even in an unmodfified airport (...) (21 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

Hi Steve, Let me chime in and say this is a fantastic idea!!!!! If you need any assistance with some train and or monorail platforms to mount the camera on I'd be more than willing to help out. Building a train car camera mount and a monorail camera (...) (21 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)
