  proposed constitution

I thought about our constitution on the way home from the June IndyLUG meeting, so I recorded on my Palm's voice memo while I drove (hey, I'm 38% geek.) It's time to clear some memory, so here's the up-chuck, I mean, transcription/rewrite. This is a (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jul-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

  June 2003 meeting minutes.

The Road Show is August 15 to 18th. We expect to have four tables, arranged in some sort of square. We'll run 1 track loop and 1 street loop. We won't build a sidewalk--we'll just use what's printed on the street pattern. Um, that's all I had in my (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jul-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

  Re: IndyLUG July Meeting reminder.

  IndyLUG button on BrickFest website

It looked like just about everyone who's registered for BrickFest 2003 had a button on the site to represent their LUG. I took the liberty of making one for IndyLUG, so that we'd have our own little 88X31 spot on the main BrickFest page. Here's the (...) (21 years ago, 6-Jul-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug, FTX)

  Re: indylug website near completion

Looks like it's coming along very well. The format is very user friendly. Hopeflly indylug.org will be able to handle all of the traffic it gets in late October when everyone is trying to see our prize winning layout. (21 years ago, 1-Jul-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

  Re: indylug website near completion

(...) Just noticed that the most recent orgs.us.indylug messages were echoed on the front page. I presume those are dates above the messages? Why are they 1.30.2003 (for example) instead of 6.30.2003? It would be helpful if the subject lines were (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

  Re: indylug website near completion

[snipped] Good job! I'm impressed with the layout, MUCH better than the last one :) Can you please add my personal site www.eofx.com to the list, please ;) I'd send you an email, but this is faster.   Re: indylug website near completion

(...) I like it. The calendar is especially nifty. I hesitate to say it, because I can't think of a sure alternative and it's not real important, but I have a little trouble with the dull amber in the palette. I like the blues and blue-greens, and (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

Re: dcc modification of a lego train motor

Replying to my own post :) (...) The Digitrax DN121 is only $20, so including a $20 motor, it's only $40. (...) $60. Or $40 with a motor trade-in. A fair price, IMHO.
