Anyone record Revenge of the Brick?

Did anyone happen to record the Revenge of the Brick LEGO thing that was on Cartoon Network tonight? I was going to watch and tape it at 8:00, but the 8:00 time that was advertised must have been for a different time zone, because there was neither (...)   Re: Next DelVaLUG Meeting....

(...) I suppose there could be, I just thought we were getting together to have fun and chat about all things Lego. But I suppose we could discuss upcoming events that the club is goign to do :) - Jim F. (21 years ago, 6-May-05, to lugnet.loc.us.pa, lugnet.org.us.delvalug)

  Re: Sidebar new feature

(...) Not at all. I love anything that helps increase communication between the clubs. I plan to keep it as a 'rolling' entry - that is, if SANDLUG's event comes up first, they will be at the top of the list. Ideally, this could be expanded into a (...)   Re: Sidebar new feature

(...) Dave, this is a great idea, it should reduce the chance of overlapping event being planned. I hope you don't mind if I steel it for SanDLUG as well. Take care, Mathew Clayson (21 years ago, 5-May-05, to lugnet.org.us.lugola, FTX)

  Sidebar new feature

Hello everyone! I've been a bit frazzled in trying to keep the various SoCal group events straight, so I figured adding them to the sidebar for quick reference would be a way to help sort things out. It's called Other Local Happenings and it looks a (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-05, to lugnet.org.us.lugola)

  Re: April Meeting Overview

lol! Great timing this post...I just canceled out my own 'overview' post because of it. Please contact either Scott or myself if you have pictures of this event to share as we're putting it all together for public consumption. For those who are (...)   April Meeting Overview

Due to the LLC event we had a small but good turnout last Saturday. I think we had about 10 members. For those who couldn't come you missed one of the all time best meetings. The location was simply stunning! Here are the high points: The location (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-05, to lugnet.org.us.lugola)

  Re: Layout roads

(...) Hi Kevin, thanks for the reply and information. I appreciate it. I did notice that the entire layout was not made up of the 'brick road bed' technique. (excellent layout, BTW) Now I have to decide what color to make my roads. I am thinking (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-05, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

  Re: Layout roads

(...) Hey, John, Thanks for replying and sharing your thoughts. That scene looks really nice. (I had seen it before but had a mental block when looking for examples of this technique). I am thinking that I will be going with this method. I am not to (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-05, to lugnet.org.us.lucny, FTX)

  Re: Layout roads

(...) For me, it's a matter of color palette control. Look, there are only so many colors in LEGO with which one can build. I am very careful to avoid primary colors in buildings because they are rather unrealistic. So, a building can be tan, dark (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-05, to lugnet.org.us.lucny, FTX)

  Re: Layout roads

(...) I noticed roads like this when I got back into LEGO about a year ago, at an NILTC show. They're certainly cool, though I don't agree they look 1000% better. In particular, they come out very square; you couldn't make a nice curve this way, (...) (21 years ago, 4-May-05, to lugnet.org.us.lucny, FTX)
