Re: A thought about baseplate substitutes

  Actual Table Height

Dean & Kevin, Can you give me the "exact" height of your table surface from the floor. From the last show, I think I have a height of 35 5/8". Please confirm. I need to figure out the angle and length to cut the sawhorse legs to fit under the doors. (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

Re: A thought about baseplate substitutes

(...) I agree with Dean. I would really like to try hard to avoid having any non-Lego surfaces. There's nothing saying that we can't use raised baseplates in certain locations; a dump or landfill near the industrial area, the belville pool and (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

(...) Oh, so setup is on the friday? All these shows, I'm getting confused... (...) Help was perhaps the wrong word. Enjoy might have been a better choice. :-) Dean (23 years ago, 19-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

  A thought about baseplate substitutes

It occurs to me that if we don't have enough green bp's this time, we could paint the doors. I know we don't want to paint the ready-made tables (of either kind) but my doors can certainly be painted, dunno about anyone else's. It's second best, but (...)   Re: Should me have a meeting on Friday night?

(...) I would LOVE you guys to come up for a meeting, or a show, or for, well ... any ole' reason! However, this friday's meeting will mostly be business, checking clearances on the as-yet-unassembled layout, allocating last minute duties, shuffling (...)   Re: Emergency VLC meeting.

(...) The actual public show day is Aug 5th. You guys are welcome to help us out on this day if you wish. We'd love the help. (...) We would definitely like you guys to attend our monthly meetings.
