Anyway, got the 10001 and the 1000 (whatever)--the Metroliner and hte Club Car
today.
Was fun putting 'em together, and npw my layout has that vague 'Euro' look to
it.
So I take a DCC moto, put it on the Metroliner, and let the Metroliner go around
the layout. Well, takes the first corner after the bridge, goes flying right
off the track and onto the floor.
*smash*
And broke one bogey plate--the connector snapped off
So I put it back together, made the Club Car, and let the thing go around the
layour again (with differnt bogey plate). Seems fine now. The club car must
add weight to it.
Anyway, the Metroliner + CC is a fun little train. It'll probably stay together
on my layout--that is, unless I can 'North American' it (just to bug Calum :) )

| (...) Wow. You broke a bogie plate? Must have been some fall. (...) It's a weird beast--it has Amtrak livery but it has some European elements to it. But overall a great set.
